With a mix of strength training, cardio/dance, and muscle isolation - I didn't get bored, the hour went by quickly, and I feel strong and accomplished! In addition, her guidance as a coach is invaluable - she has helped me prioritize my physical fitness and health within my busy schedule (I have two kiddos and run my own leadership coaching business). I'm starting to look forward to physical movement vs. feeling like it is another task on my never-ending to-do list! “Amongst a sea of trainers there’s always one or two that leave a lasting impression. Given Ariel’s dance and skating background, her innate ability to understand what is needed mentally and physically to provide the optimum results in the shortest window of time is Ariel’s skill set.
