Ariel’s expertise allows programming to be adapted to all fitness levels, and can provide additional support for those with injuries, recovering from injuries, or dealing with difficult postpartum recovery.

Workouts combine the principles of dance with exercise science and consist of stability, strength, power, and flexibility training with an emphasis on correct form and optimal function.

With Ariel’s many specializations, training programs are infused with elements of high intensity interval training for all levels, corrective exercise, injury rehabilitation, pre & post natal modifications, and/or high performance athletic training.

Videos are organized into categories : Class workouts and shorter workouts. Choose videos that you can easily work into your schedule. All videos have modifications suggested and it is recommended you go at your own pace.
