About Ariel.
I’m a wellness coach, master fitness trainer, entrepreneur and mother.
I believe true fitness and strength can’t be measured by scales or by numbers. Perfection doesn’t exist. I help you strive to find your own way to measure accomplishments based on what matters to you..
I’m passionate about changing the way people – especially women – view and treat their bodies and themselves. My mission is to help women who struggle with being enough, and who drive themselves too hard in the world to sink into the beauty and loveliness of their own selves.
As a young girl, I fell in love with skating and trained as a competitive figure skater. I'd wake up each morning at 5:30am to practice before school started. I couldn’t wait to get on the ice. I devoted years of my life to figure skating until one day, after a major national competition, I realized that my joy for skating was gone. Even though I was approaching the height of my career (the Olympic trials were around the corner), I knew in my heart it was time to say goodbye. I left without regrets because I'd accomplished what I wanted on my own terms.
I discovered a new love for dance, and though it was a long shot, I went for it anyway. Despite a fear of auditions and singing, I hopped a plane and moved to New York City after college. I performed in a wide variety of regional theater productions of Beauty & the Beast, Hello Dolly, West Side Story, Contact and Swing and on cruise ships (which I loved).
In between shows, I worked in fitness and trained celebrity clients. When I decided to leave dancing, I became a co-founding trainer of a boutique fitness studio where I developed fresh fitness content for clients every week, infusing my love for dance. Based on the things that no one taught me, I created an elite level curriculum for the training team and lead them to excellence.
Dance is my lifeline, a form of medicine, and a powerful vehicle for personal expression. I bring dance movement into my signature programs and coaching so that clients feel challenged in a new and fun way without realizing they are transforming.
I’ve studied the science of the body and nutrition and combine this knowledge with my experience in dance to design programs that help clients find joy, and gain unexpected strength and power in their bodies over time. I help them build a mindset and discipline to maintain it – in-between sessions – no matter how busy their lives.
I’ve experienced major injuries and surgeries, including two c-sections, and know firsthand how to bounce back to full health. I help clients overcome the emotional and physical effects that come with injury which together, bridge the gap between rehab and becoming stronger than ever, so they can return to doing the activities they love most.
Because of my own injuries, I make sure my clients have access to a village of experts to ensure optimal health and wellness. Over the years I’ve worked with doctors, physical therapists, and other health professionals who are at the top in their field. Depending on my clients’ needs I refer them to the right person. People I trust because I’ve used them myself.
As a mother of two, I’m continuously redefining what being my best means. Working moms come to me for pre- and post-natal wellness and fitness programs that help them prioritize self-care and navigate through the many stages becoming a mother entails. I serve as a guide who helps them to restore positive self-image and strength on their terms with acceptance and kindness towards themselves.

Pursue excellence with purpose.
There are no limits — other than the ones you put on yourself.
Measure your accomplishments in a way that works for you – not compared to anyone else.
True strength and power doesn’t require working harder. It comes from working with more intentionality.
Treat your body well, honor and respect it so that you feel the power it gives you in return.
Take stock of where you're at in life right now.
Do what you can to feel good today. Goal-setting is good but don't fixate on achieving them fast. If you honor what you need right now, you'll catapult yourself into another realm later. All your goals will be accomplished.
It may not be the time to push hard in work or business. Trust yourself that you'll get there when the time is right.
There’s no such thing as perfect. Find your way instead.
Practice what you preach.
The world needs love. Do your part to make it lighter and brighter.
